  • Modifications or repairs made by third parties

5. Commercial Guarantee (If Applicable):

In addition to the statutory warranty, certain products may include a commercial guarantee provided by the manufacturer. Any such guarantee will be clearly stated on the product page or included with the product documentation.

A commercial guarantee does not limit or replace your legal warranty rights.

7. Inspection and Resolution:

Once the product is inspected:

  • If the claim is denied, we will explain the reason clearly
  • Return shipping instructions will be provided if required.

8. Guarantee Limitations:

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Zoradis.com. We are not responsible for warranties on products purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces.
